Charles Geiger is the former Executive Director of the Tunis Phase of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS). Today, he is Special Adviser to the UN Commission on Science and Technology for Development (CSTD), the Commission tasked by ECOSOC with WSIS follow-up. The main aims of the IANIS+ program are:
