Paraguay Educa is a non governmental organization that is implementing the One Laptop Per Child project in Paraguay. We now started the deployment in a City called Caacupe, with 3.600 kids and 150 teachers. All this was accoplished thanks to a donation of SWIFT of 4.000 laptops and the help of private enterprises and the local government of the Cordillera Department.
