Through understanding, using and developing
rules, models and check lists for records management,
the participants will learn about values,
definitions and governing documents, such as
the ethical rules of ICA, the ISO-standard on
records management and of national legislation
and administrative tradition. They will also gain
experience and learn methods that together support
and clarify:
- legal rights
- availability of records and archives
- reliability of records and archives
- restoring of knowledge and efficiency
